Tara has been on a yoga journey of her own for 15 years. A lover of all disciplines and styles of yoga, she received her 200-hour certification from
the School Yoga Institute in Keene New Hampshire, and continues to enjoy studying and attending workshops on anything yoga.
She is a mother of 3 boys and lives in Ludlow with her children and husband. She loves all four seasons of Vermont and you will often find her outside enjoying activities from snowboarding to paddle boarding.
"The translation of yoga means to come together and make whole. So, in striving to unite I love to teach vigorous and energetic classes that begin with a strong pranayama practice ending with a long relaxing savasana. When we connect our breath to our movement we become energized, alive and connected to our true inner selves."
