My Yoga practice has become my cherished time for self-reflection. Some days I explore poses that physically challenge me while other days I'm called to focus on breathing and restorative work. I used to think that having a Yoga practice meant that you could bend your body into amazing shapes and had the ability to meditate for long periods of time. After years of practice I now believe that Yoga is all about loving yourself, so you can share that love with others.
In my classes, I strive to meet each student where they are physically, mentally and emotionally, to help them identify and expand their own unique practice.
