A Letter to the Community
It is with a heavy heart that I write to you today to announce I will be permanently closing the brick and mortar portion of Go With the Flow. While our intimate space and small size helped us to realize our dream of creating a beautiful and welcoming community, those same qualities make it nearly impossible for us to practice any sort of socially distanced in person classes, especially with the coming winter. It is not a decision I take lightly, and I have struggled to accept that this is how we must end this chapter of our journey. However, with the restrictions that have been placed on businesses such as ours because of Covid-19, along with our concern for the health and well being of myself, my family and our community, we feel that this is the right choice to make.
I take comfort in the words of John Irving, who wrote:
"You only grow by coming to the end of something and by beginning something else."
I am forever grateful to every person who has walked through the door to practice, to breathe, to grow and to move with us at the studio. Your kind words and enthusiasm helped Go With the Flow to become more than I had ever imagined. I hope in the near future we can practice again in person, as we did before. Until then, I will continue to teach online, and will honor all class cards for these classes.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
May you all be healthy and happy!
